central location nearby supermarket convenient position
the hotel is located in the centre. a supermarket is just across the street. i found many places to eat nearby, a convenient location.
noise from other rooms was bad. i slept poorly! though the parking was expensive.

the staff was friendly and helpful , always ready to assist with any questions. the bar and restaurant provided good service. the receptionists are pleasant.

the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels provided! breakfast was included, a nice perk. the hotel is close to the bus station, a big plus.

dirty toilet broken door handle
The staff gave us a welcome every morning. We booked in the restaurant and the food was very good. The service was excellent.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms especially the toilet. The balcony door cannot be opened from the outside because there's no handle. We tried calling reception six times but no one answered. We were eventually freed because someone heard us calling for help.

uncomfortable bed constant noise
The hairdryer didn't work. I was really frustrated by that. the bed was uncomfortable. i could hear everything my neighbor did, it was constant noise all night. People were slapping and screaming in the hallway. i also heard noise from outside.
